Abandoned building.
I have a spurious adjacent story for this one too. It is/was opposite Northumbria design school and allegedly one of the students was so fed up looking at the ugly thing they broke in with a load of paint and redecorated. #photography

Looking at a red brick building on the other side of a bridge. It is between two others but it is fully covered defaced in paint. Lots of the windows are broken and vertical strips of them are painted in different colours and under each window there is a splash of the same paint.
